This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the QBO Close Platform (the "App") provided by Ashford Sky CPA LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms below.
The App is a private, internal tool. Ashford Sky CPA LLC grants authorized firm staff a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for the firm's internal accounting and month-end close review activities.
The App may be used only to access QuickBooks Online companies that the firm is properly authorized to access, and only for legitimate professional accounting purposes.
The App accesses Intuit product data on a read-only basis. It does not write to, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online.
Use of QuickBooks Online data through the App is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms and the authorization granted by each connected company. Handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ashford Sky CPA LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time. Connected QuickBooks companies may be disconnected at any time, which revokes the App's access to that company's data.
